We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon receipt.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect or damage. You can send an email to info@senshishears.com or call 615-240-7858. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed with returning the item.
Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received them.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the status of your refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
